Where are you based?

Currently I am based in South London, please contact me via the contact page for bookings and further details. You can also directly message me on my instagram page.

What should I expect at my first appointment?

For you first appointment, please book the ‘First time client consultation and treatment’. Please allow 90 minutes for this appointment so I can complete a thorough consultation where we will discuss your lifestyle, diet, current products and your skin concerns. From there I will be able to devise a bespoke treatment plan for your skin needs on the day and moving forward recommend prescriptive home products. All products used in your treatment and for home will be custom made for your specific skin concerns and prioritising skin barrier health.

Please arrive on time and not early as there is no waiting room.

Should I come without makeup to my appointment?

It would be ideal to arrive fresh faced to your appointment, however I can remove makeup if you are unable to before hand. This will however take away some time from your treatment.

What products do you use?

I work exclusively with Dermaviduals skincare line. An innovative brand who have developed products that mimic the natural skin barrier and focus on skin health. Its principles work by helping to rebuild and protect the barrier, which reduce inflammation and sensitivity. This makes correction of other skin issues such as acne or hyperpigmentation safer and more effective and it respects the skins natural biology. The products can be custom blended for your skin needs and homecare packages are available to purchase exclusively through me, to continue your skin care journey at home

How long will it take to see results?

It can take up to 12 months of consistent products use, regular facial treatments, diet and lifestyle changes for the skin to improve. Unfortunately there is no ‘quick fix’ to healthy and happy skin but these treatments alongside the homecare products and advice will give you a solid foundation for long term skin health.

What is your cancellation policy?

I require 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. If the appointment is cancelled or reschedules less than 48 hours notice, I will require the full costs of the appointment without exceptions. A single appointment can only be rescheduled 3 times before that appointment is automatically cancelled.
